As always there will be changes in the online landscape - just like there are changes in every industry. Trends come and go, we learn from them, we look at what’s working, we tweak or let go of what’s not and we keep moving forwards.
In 2023 we are already seeing buyers behaviour changing. I’m so thrilled to bring to you my first episode of 2023 and the first of many that I hope will bring aliveness to your work and activate magnetism in your being.
It’s normal at this time for entrepreneurs to head straight into the goals and actions for the year, so with this episode I’m sharing a few other things to consider as part of your strategy for 2023.
This includes:
- What building your brand looks like this year?
- When it comes to strategy, what I’m including and mapping out for the year
- How I plan my quarters
- Why including building your visibility and the confidence to do it will always be the number one thing that will help you scale your business
- Your Energetics and why mastering it will create the container for you to receive those big dreams and goals
I also share with you what I would consider including in your strategy at every stage of business, from £0-5k months, scaling to 6 figures and scaling from 6 to multi-6 and 7.

As a business owner there is no skill more important than resilience. The truth is business often feels dis-regulating; by nature it is - the uncertainty, the constant changes and unknown. What supports us through this uncertainty and the wild ride of entrepreneurship? Resilience. And what builds resilience? Regulation.
In this episode I’m sharing the reasons why resilience is such an important skill to master, how I have personally built my own resilience in the past two years and how it has supported me to reach exponential heights in my business and my capacity to hold it all, plus my go-to tools to stay regulated.
I also share some juicy on the business results this year and my thoughts on leadership in 2023.
