Welcome to the final episode of The Magnetic Woman podcast for 2023!

I’m ending this year by sharing with you some of the beliefs I have embodied over the last few years of being an entrepreneur and building my own business to multiple 6 figures.

I’m calling these beliefs codes, and they are new belief systems that I have really deeply embodied that have helped me become who I am and have gotten me to where I am in life and business today.

Ep 101 - What to focus on to Start the Year at Every Stage of Business

What do you focus on at the end of a year and the start of the next in business?

Whilst there are similar threads across every stage of business, what you’re focusing on to grow your business at each financial level can be very different for your visibility, strategy and energetics.

And if you’re waiting until next year to start planning what your first quarter is looking like, you’re going to end up starting the year behind the eight ball, and January is often the time of some of the most successful launches for myself and my clients.

In this episode I’m sharing the visibility, strategy and energetics that I coach my clients on at each stage of business: 0-5k, scaling to 6 figures, and scaling to multi-6 figures so that you can round out your 2023, and start 2024 knowing that this is the year you scale your business.

Ep. 100 - My 2023 Review and 2024 Vision (100th EPISODE)

We are celebrating! At the time of recording this episode we have had 33,300 downloads of the podcast and this is our 100th episode. WOW!

So before I share the show notes I want to say THANK YOU for being here and tuning into this podcast; it means the world to me.

In this episode I'm sharing a breakdown of my 2023 both personally and professionally, along with some key milestones reached and what worked and what didn't along the way.

I'm also sharing what 2024 looks like for me again, both personally and professionally because I've got some big goals and some big things happening as I continue to explore my own limitlessness, potential and consciousness. 

This year has been a big year for everyone. I would say it's been one of the most challenging years in business; I've had to work smarter and  choreograph a whole new range of dance moves to hit the goal we had (I share how we did it in this episode) so if you've had a tougher year than expected, know you aren't alone.

The best way to keep moving is always in prioritising yourself and your regulation so if you take anything from this podcast, make sure it's that you prioritise you.

Ep. 98 - The 5 Upgrades to Make Now to Hit High Multi-6 or 7 figures in 2024

I have been talking strategy and upgrades with my clients in all of my masterminds as we approach 2024, but specifically in my Expansion Accelerator and Expand to 7 masterminds (where I work with women who are scaling to 6 figures and in expand multi-6 and 7), a lot of the same themes have been coming up.

So I thought I would round up the core things that we have been speaking about with the 5 upgrades that you need to make now if you want to hit multi 6 or 7 figures in 2024, along with one personal example of how this has shown up for me and one example of how it's showed up for my clients.

Even if you are not at the multi-six or 7 phase of growth, I know that this episode will have given you some nuggets of inspiration and hopefully a catalyst for change in your world and in your business.

In this weeks episode I'm joined by a very special client who I've had the honour of supporting for the past 14 months, Laura Taylor, a brilliant sound master, trainer and practitioner who guides people to the a portal of rest through sound healing.

Ep. 96 - The Secret to my Six Figure Launches

There’s a certain level of behind the scenes foundations that I’ve spent the last few years building in my business that has seen me reach three consecutive 6 figure launches in the past 18 months. In this episode, I’m sharing the secret behind it, which whilst isn’t the sexiest of chats, IS the thing that supports this level of result.

 

It is… INFRASTRUCTURE 

 

The question is - are you ready to create a six figure launch tomorrow - do you have the infrastructure?

Ep. 95 - Ways to Increase Revenue in Q4

The countdown is on till the end of the year and there’s a lot of stories in the online space right now that people aren’t buying, which I really want to share simply isn’t true.

 

What IS true is that buying behaviours have changed and the usual strategies that once worked, need some upgrades. 

 

What we also know is that Q4 is actually a really good time to up your sales game. People generally spend more in this time period and whilst we won’t have the data until 2024, as a business owner why wouldn’t you go all in to end the year on a high. It’s time to unleash that entrepreneurial spirit.

In this episode, I’m sharing three strategies for how you can make more money online in Q4, with a focus on the sales strategies that are working right now.

 

The good thing is you can take these strategies and weave them into 2024 too; I predict these as trends for next year.

 

I share how right now is the perfect time to really focus on your overall sales strategy and all of the ways you can optimise it. The way we are able to do this and understanding exactly what we are selling, and why and how you can up your game in attracting and nurturing your audience.

 

I share why understanding the real problem and solution is key, how to incorporate upsells and downsells and also weaving in more additional personal touch points that we are seeing really working right now.

 

And I also dive deeper into some of the strategies I’ve used to have my best year yet in 2023.

 

Please remember that anytime is a good time to sell. Mindset is key, as well as understanding these three key areas.
