Ep. 31 - The Things I wish I Knew Before Starting My Business

This episode has been created based on what you - my lovely audience asked of me - so here I am delivering the things I might not have shared before about what I wish I knew before I launched my business. Hindsight really is a beautiful thing but what threads all that I share this week is presence - being present with my business and in my business, because from here the opportunity for greater alignment and ultimately for growth gets the attention that is desired and required. In this podcast I share the three big things I wish I knew: that quantum leaps come from the compound effect, that it’s safe to ask for support and go all in, and that boundaries are the backbone to your business.

Ep.30 - Why Your ‘Woo‘ Works in Business

This episode comes from the back of a question I asked during my challenge week back in September; the question was 'What is the layer of truth you are yet to acknowledge, own  and share with the world?'. The amount of women who confessed that they hid part of their spirituality for fear that people would think they were too 'woo' was outstanding to me. Because from what I know, trust and live is that when we are shutting off a part of ourselves and not being in our truth, we are missing so much magic. This episode is your permission slip to come back to your truth and your wholeness and show the world loud and proud that your woo is you magic. If you desire more in your business, you have to get comfortable with being in your truth - thinking it, saying it and being it and living it.  It's time to embrace your truth and the truth: That woo-woo really does work.

Ep.29 - The Biggest and Most Surprising Thing That Took My Business To The Next Level

So often in business the focus is on what we are building; the next strategy, the next launch, the next layer of expansion. But for me, the biggest and most surprising thing that took my business to the next level was actually the process of letting go of something and that was, resentment. 

 

The idea that everyone must have it figured out, have a magic sauce that you don’t or that life and business is easier for them because of x, y or z (hello meaning making machine), is  limiting us in business. 

 

Why?  Because although resentment is a valid feeling, it and anything in the realms of this - hello jealously and judgment-  lead to a place of victimhood. And victimhood gets us nowhere… 

 

Whenever we are putting attention of them and their success, wins or what they seemingly have that we don’t, we are giving them our power.
