Everything we come into contact with either depletes or restores our energy and what I’m seeing in the online space (and with some of my clients) is a roller coaster of regulation and dysregulation. 

 

And this isn't surprising. With really big energetic shifts happening, global uncertainty and collective fear surrounding us, it can feel really hard to hold yourself high and stay in a regulated state.
